Tahseen began his career at Unilever in Finance and also spent several years with Accenture as a management consultant, specialising in Finance Transformation Programmes globally across a number of sectors. For the last decade he has been working in Senior Finance roles within the private Healthcare market for Private Equity backed organisations. During this time he was a Director at Eight Roads, which is the proprietary investment arm of Fidelity International Limited (FIL), and also Investment Director of the specialist hospital group Optegra.
Tahseen will be responsible for Look Ahead’s finance and IT functions and as well as looking at potential opportunities for future growth.
Tahseen said of his appointment: “I’ve been really impressed by what I’ve seen so far at Look Ahead. They are a dynamic and innovative organisation at the forefront of delivering care and support to bridge the gap between housing and health. Support is a difficult market to operate in but I’m looking forward to bringing my commercial expertise into an area I believe can make a real difference.
