On Saturday 19 March, Look Ahead staff took part in The London Walk, organised by the London Homeless Collective (LHC), raising ever-important funds for our homelessness services.
The London Walk aims to raise £100,000 in its inaugural year, every penny of which will go towards supporting the work of the London Homeless Collective members, including Look Ahead.
The Look Ahead team kicked off at 9pm on Saturday in Trafalgar Square at the HQ of The Connection at St Martin’s, another LHC member. They marched the streets of London through to daybreak, completing 26.2 miles each!
The team were also joined by four members of the team at Chapmanbdsp, who also fundraised for Look Ahead. Chapmanbdsp is an independent design consultancy specialising in building services engineering and environmental design. Look Ahead is delighted to have been selected as their charity of the year.
So far, the team have raised £3740 by taking part in The London Walk. You can help us make a difference to people experiencing homelessness in London by donating below.
